Great food and super awesome owner. Hubby and I love the brisket. Only downside is I wish their cornbread was warmed up.

I'm sure I could live off their pulled pork and cornbread!
I am a lover of pulled pork, and this new food truck did not disappoint! If they're not sold out, be sure to check them out!
Generous portions had us packing it up for another meal later.
Unique flavor on all of the sides, which is the great thing about each food truck/restaurant.
Would have loved to had been able to tried the tri-tip, but it wasn't on the menu today -

Bbq so good that I wanted to keep trying more even though I was full. I wished I had multiple mouths just so I could keep eating! Crazy good, with a mac n cheese that made me question my "blue box" upbringing as a child.
I can't wait to try everything they have -

This was the first time trying Williams & Co. Barbecue and I was impressed. They were almost out of everything, so I got the brisket sandwich with the cheesy cornbread. Everything was great! I highly recommend this place for lunch.

Awesome Mac and Cheese and I love their brisket. Located by the Big O tire in Elko. They open at 11 and close down when they sale everything.
